Position Description
- • Completion of service calls as directed
- • Completion of scheduled maintenance for customers
- • Work in construction environments
- • Sourcing and purchasing needed small parts on jobs
- • Timely completion of customer invoicing
- • Ability to work "on-call" (weekends, evenings, holidays) on a scheduled basis
- • Participation in Safety and Training meetings monthly
Qualifications
- • Minimum 10 years experience in HVAC
- • Full union certification
- • Bondable
- • Ability to work in construction environments
- • Strong customer communication skills
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to manage peak workloads and deadlines while managing multiple and varied tasks
- • Self starter requiring minimal supervision

Dispatch and Customer Coordinator
Reports To:
HVAC Business Development Manager
Location(s):
Hayward, CA
Compensation:
$30,000 – $40,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits, incentives, and vacation
Position Description
- • Receive service call requests from customers and schedule mechanics accordingly
- • Schedule ongoing maintenance contract visits for mechanics
- • Monitor ongoing jobs daily for completion estimates
- • Order and follow up on ordered parts as required by field or Service Manager
- • Issue and track PO's request from the field
- • Produce proposals and estimates for field personnel and Sales Manager
- • Maintain prospect CRM and lead management process
- • Call and send collateral material to prospective customers on behalf of the Sales Manager
- • Support Service and Sales Managers in the maintaining of long term production schedules and labor needs
Qualifications
- • Experience in HVAC company environments
- • Previous dispatch experience
- • College degree or Union
- • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- • Proficient in CRM management
- • Proficient in Work Order Systems and Software
- • Strong phone communication skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to manage peak workloads and deadlines while managing multiple and varied tasks
- • Ability to perform independent study and training
- • Self starter requiring minimal supervision
